Wednesday
Walks are organised by an informal group of
members with a special interest in plant identification.
The group meets each Wednesday for walks in
areas of botanical interest. Walks are generally
located within easy reach of Canberra with an
occasional overnight trip further afield and
provide a unique opportunity to learn more about
our native flora. The group is open to all members
and no prior expertise is required. Specific
destinations are selected on a week-to-week
basis according to the interests of group members
and the vagaries of the flowering season.
Walks
are advertised each week on the website calendar
and in the group’s email newsletter. To
